Rielle dal Velinrae

Rielle is half fae and half human, a Moon Fae who walks between waking and dreaming. She sees things others dismiss. Glimpses of futures not yet formed, of shadows moving beneath the surface of Wintermere Lake. No one believes her, of course. They call her a dreamer. Rielle is no longer content to simply dream. She is learning that what she sees may hold the power to change everything.

Her dreams begin to shift. A man appears in each one, silent and watching from the edge of the frozen lake. She does not know who he is, or how he knows what he knows, yet his presence pulls like a tide she cannot resist.

Rielle regularly sleepwalks, usually into the kitchen. She raids pantries in a trance, devouring sweet snacks she does not remember eating. Morning comes and she wakes with crumbs on her sleeves and blames the missing sweets on mythical fae kitchen spirits, completely convinced she is right.
